The school also offers weekly career support and uses a range of resources to ensure that every young person feels able to make an informed decision about their transition pathway.

- Capturing Key Information ahead of Transition using Assess, Plan, Do, Review in the lead up, during and after the Annual Review process.
- Social Stories to support learners to understand, prepare and plan for their next steps.
- Learner-Centred Planning.
- Navigating the LA local offer.
- Vocational Profiling Tools.
- Accessing Work: Inclusive Apprenticeships, Traineeships and Supported Internships.
- Examples of people who have completed supported internships and are now successfully in full-time work.
- Speakers throughout the year to support learners choices and regular updates sent out to families and carers in regard to careers offers.
- The National Apprenticeship Week runs each year in February, and the week highlights the impact of apprenticeships with this year’s theme focusing on “Skills for Life”.
